Job Summary:
Healogics is the largest provider of advanced wound care services in the United States, treating more than 300,000 chronic wound patients annually across over 600 sites. With an aging society, obesity and diabetes on the rise, and an uptick in surgical procedures, the number of patients with non[1]healing wounds that would benefit from expert care is dramatically increasing. The Operations Support Analyst is a member of the Healogics iSupply Team for Durable Medical Equipment (DME) who works closely with outside partners and/or vendors and staff throughout the organization. The duties and responsibilities of the Operations Support Analyst are analysing order placement trends and collaborating with the Healogics iSupply Program Consultants with areas of opportunity. Create internal and external reporting for key stakeholders. Communicates with key stakeholders in overall adoption and comfortability in the services provided to streamline patient care and clinical documentation efficiencies. The Operations Support Analyst, contributes directly and indirectly to the Healogics Key Results of Grow the Business and delivering an Exceptional Patient Experience. The Operations Support Analyst will understand and fully support the mission, vision and value statements of Healogics, LLC.

The hourly rate for this position generally ranges between $17.20 - 21.20 / hour. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications: education, experience, geography as well as operational needs and other considerations permitted by law.
