Opportunity

The Sales Operations Analyst will work with the Director, Sales Operations & Analysis to support functions essential to sales force productivity. This includes planning, reporting, sales process optimization, sales program implementation, and recruiting and participation in selection of sales force talent. The Sales Operations Analyst also works closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure appropriate objectives and priorities are enabled and supported within the sales organization.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Compiles and summarizes weekly reports from multiple sales teams and shares with Sales and Executive Leadership to effectively manage the Sales teams
• Monitors sales data integrity across multiple platforms assuring that the reports being produced provide the proper insights to Sales leadership
• Works with the Sales teams to consolidate monthly, quarterly, and annual forecast
• Creates and runs Ad Hoc data request and reports
• Develops and updates training documentation for the Sales teams
• Ensures compliance with internal policies, procedures and internal controls in accordance with the Sarbanes- Oxley Act 2002 Section 404.

  Key Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, finance, or similar field is required.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales, sales management, or sales analysis is highly preferred

• Ability to work in a collaborative and participative, team-oriented environment, working with Management, all employees, and others in a professional manner.

• Ability to utilize current word processing, spreadsheet, database, e-mail and internet software.
• Self-starter who can work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently, delivering against deadlines; with keen attention to detail to ensure highest quality of deliverables

• Ability to effectively present information to top management and the associates of the organization.

The salary range for this position is $48,150-$71,904/ year.
The hiring [base salary / wage rate] range above represents what Avery Dennison reasonably expects to pay for this position as of the date of this posting. Actual salaries will vary within the range, and in some circumstances may be above or below the range, based on various factors including but not limited to a candidate’s relevant skills, experience, education and training, and location, as well as the job scope and complexity, responsibilities, and regular and/or necessary travel required for the position, which may change depending on the candidate pool.
