Job Description
l Warehouse inventory management and related documentation for inbound and outbound schedules
l Shipment documentations and sales management
l Managing customer open PO and account receivable
l Accounting voucher organization and generate periodic reports
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Managing documentation relate to In & Out bounding operations:
Following and updating documentation relate to product in & out process.
Consistently demonstrate competency with Bookmaster software, inventory management systems, and standard warehouse operations.
Responsible for all documenting process after order placement
Responsible for updating weekly report to HQ and customers
Responsible for updating sales data and following up payment status of account receivable
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
Other required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
· Good analytical and problem solving skills: be able to find errors, research errors, identify the causes of errors and eliminate or recommend system changes to eliminate errors.
· Strong communication skills – verbal and written.
· Excellent organizational and time management skills and proven leadership skills.
· Ability to work with little or no supervision.
Benefits:
Annual salary: $50K~$60K
