Job Description

Western Utility Services LLC is seeking an Operations Supervisor to over operations in Phoenix AZ. This individual will be responsible for the day-to-day Fiber/Copper construction operations to ensure all work provided by our Fiber/Copper install technicians, Fiber/Copper pullers, vault, and hand hole setters, and equipment maintenance workers is completed and meets the requirements of our customers.

This individual must have:
  • A minimum of 2 years of construction supervisory experience or 3-5 years of Telecom construction experience.
  • Must be able to troubleshoot and resolve any issues arising in the field on any level.
  • Must be able to pass a background and MVR check
  • Must be available to work Saturdays if needed.
