Job Description

Essex County Orthodontics is seeking an energetic and skilled individual to join our Orthodontic Assistant team in our Newburyport and Ipswich office . The Assistant will be responsible for helping patients with all aspects of the orthodontic process, including performing care on patients, taking x-rays, and making impressions and performing scans. The ideal candidate for this position will have prior experience working in a dental office or orthodontic practice, a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.

This position is for 3 days per week, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday for locations in Newburyport and Ipswich, MA.

Responsibilities:

• Have a good understanding of the orthodontics industry.
• Be able to work with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
• Have good communication skills with patients, as well as other office staff and the orthodontist.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Experience:

• Dental assisting: 1 year (Preferred)
