We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated individual to join our team at E.&.J Gallo Winery as a Packaging Support Assistant!

As a Packaging Support Assistant, you will be responsible for:

• Collecting and analyzing critical data: You will collect samples and measure critical parameters in support of packaging changes. You will also be responsible for accurately and timely entering lab test results into the information management system. Your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy will be essential in this role.
• Executing lab functions: You will execute functions to support the planning and scheduling of lab activities to ensure requests can be met in the desired timeframe. You will also measure product attributes and operate instruments as required to perform your duties. Your ability to follow procedures and work independently will be key to your success in this role.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or Stat-issued equivalency certificate.
• Data entry experience.
• Required to frequently lift and move up to 40 pounds.
• Skilled in reading, comprehending, interpreting and executing simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
• Skilled in writing simple correspondence.
• Skilled in adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing using whole numbers.
• Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

Compensation:

• Hiring Salary Range Posted: $19.48 - $26.30
• Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
