Job Title: Picker Packer/Warehouse Worker

Hourly Rate: $18/hr

Shift Times: M-F 9:00 a.m. - 7:30 p.m.

Location: Lancaster, TX

Indeed Flex is hiring Picker Packers/Warehouse Workers for their industrial automotive client in Lancaster, TX. Our client is looking for experienced candidates who are able to fill orders in a timely and efficient manner to keep up with order demand.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Picking and packing fastener items for orders using tugger and RF scanner
• Able to bend/twist/reach and climb stairs during shift
• Fill orders with precision and accuracy ensuring quality is a top priority

Job Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail
• Strong verbal and listening skills
• Able to walk, stand, lift, and move equipment
• Must be comfortable with repetitive overhead lifting up to 50 lbs
