We are currently looking for energetic and enthusiastic Painter and Maintenance Team members to join the Elite Sports Clubs team. Candidates are required to have previous painting experience as well as some general maintenance experience with customer service experience a plus. You will be joining a team that is responsible for operations and upkeep of four 140,000+ square foot athletic facilities. This position is customer facing and a vital part of our company success. This role will work closely with our Building engineers and provides a great teaching platform and additional opportunities in the future as a building engineer

The Operations Associate is responsibilities include:

• Prepare all surfaces for painting.
• Paint entire apartment or touch-up as directed.
• Ensure that apartment interior is free from excess paint.
• Follow company procedures and guidelines in regards to prep, painting, and cleaning.
• Other duties as may be assigned as needed.

Minimum qualifications:

• Previous painting experience.
• Ability to stand, climb stairs/ladders and walk property on an as needed basis.
• Ability to use hands to handle tools, feel objects, or control machinery and to perform each individual task at a satisfactory level.
• Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl to complete daily tasks.
• Ability to regularly lift and/or move 25 Lbs., frequently, lift and/or move 40 Lbs., and occasionally lift and/or move 50+ Lbs.
• Ability to function in various weather and climate conditions.
