To keep department running by supplying needed products from cold storage and moving finished product to cold storage and also keeping the department supplied with adequate amount of packaging materials (i.e. boxes, totes, ice, C02)

• Must be at workstation on time with all work apparel clean, sanitized and with all required safety equipment
• Must obey all safety, USDA, HACCP, and plant rules and regulations
• Keep department supplied with an adequate amount of packaging materials and products by rotation of code dates
• Must keep all finished product correctly stored from all departments
• To donn PPE
• Perform any duties required by management
