Data Specialist
Reports to Data Manager
Overview
Responsible for entering participant data into CRM and TEAMS databases. Retrieves data from participants’ electronic records and ensures that it is accurate and complete. Ensures that data is entered in a timely manner and error free. This position is daytime part-time hybrid position. Position is 25 hours per week. Must work two days per week in the office.
Major Responsibilities
· Data enters participant’s intake form in Texas Educating Adults Management System (TEAMS) and attendance hours on a weekly basis for assigned locations.
· Reviews participants’ records to ensure all required forms and information is complete and accurate.
· Data enters adult education client information into CRM database for assigned locations.
· Reviews participant records in the databases to ensure data is complete and error free.
· Follows PII guidelines for protecting client information.
· Reports data issues to supervisor.
Qualifications/Skills
· Bachelor’s degree
· Excellent computer skills
· Detailed oriented
· Knowledgeable of data collection procedures
· Ability to interpret data and report outcomes
