Job Description

Overview:
As a Parts Specialist, you will be responsible for the overall operation related to parts procurement and parts management. You will perform and be responsible for activities necessary to monitor and maintain inventory control of materials needed to repair/service all equipment utilized by our Company. You will also be responsible for receiving, stocking, distributing, inventory control, billing, accounts payable, vehicle records, and related duties as required.

Responsibilities:
Manage the overall flow of parts and supplies inventory for the parts department with a focus on total on-hand inventory as well as obsolescent stock (non-usage). Review supplier bills for accuracy and Direct payment of invoices. Ensure parts were received and properly charged out. Manage the warranty parts, returns to Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), and returns to Fleet Services. Manage all parts cores and review repair orders. Order parts and supplies on contract and requisitions office supplies, materials, and equipment as needed.

Qualifications:
For this role, you will need to have a High School Diploma or GED, previous experience using Microsoft Office products to include Outlook, Excel, and Word. We would prefer for you to have a previous experience with maintenance software such as Reynolds and Reynolds, ADP/CDK, Cetaris, etc.
