About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Patient Assistance Program Coordinator to support our Central Operations Team. You’ll work alongside collaborative partners and dedicated achievers in the field to help support our mission. The Patient Assistance Program Coordinator is responsible for coordinating patient access to medications necessary for their treatment, regardless of their ability to pay. The Patient Assistance Program Specialist acts as a link between health providers, patients and foundations providing the necessary assistance to patients with high co-payments and/or financial limitations that they can receive the treatment ordered by their physicians. This position may also assist with managing reports for PBMs and other business partners while maintaining daily contact with patients, physicians, pharmacy personnel, and PAP programs to ensure high level of service and assist in program participation.
