BayCare Health System is currently in search of our newest Patient Transporter who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service to our community at St. Joseph’s Hospital South. This innovative facility is specially designed to make patients and visitors as comfortable as possible during their hospital experience and offers a variety of amenities.
The Patient Transporter I is a non-licensed member of the health team whose main responsibility is to transport and discharge patients to their appropriate destinations. Other functions include equipment maintenance and performance of BLS in an emergency situation. Demonstrates the ability to work independently.
