Sunstates Security is seeking motivated and independent security Patrol officers who can work well as a team member to work weekdays in Wilmington, DE area for Wilmington Housing Authority doing Mobile and foot patrol throughout Wilmington Housing Authority Buildings. There are Full-, Part-Time and Flex positions available for all shifts and offer a starting pay rate of $18.50/hr - with weekly pay.

Requirements

• State of DE Security License (Yellow Card)
• Excellent customer service skills
• Must possess a valid/current driver's license with a clean driving record
• Prior security, military, or law enforcement experience is preferred

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Monitoring and answering cell phone calls and 2-way radios
• Communicating with other dispatch security officers
• Responding to day-to-day operations; fire alarms, mail deliveries, completing building tours

A Security Officer may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Security Officer must read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP, and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives. Sun123
