Pest Control - Santa Rosa, California

Bold Servicing is currently seeking part-time and full-time CUSTOMER SERVICE ALL-STARS to treat our customers to AMAZING customer service!

Applicants in FOOD SERVICE, HOSPITALITY, or with other CUSTOMER SERVICE-CENTRIC experience are encouraged to apply.

As a pest control technician, you will be working with customers in different ways to rid their homes of unwanted pests, and applying safe pest control products to residential homes. If you love helping people and improving their quality of life, this job is for you!

Work schedule will be Monday-Friday and rotating Saturdays. Must be flexible.

Requirements:

• Must live in the Santa Rosa, California area or plan to relocate there
• Must be FRIENDLY and PROFESSIONAL in every interaction with customers
• Must be able to maintain a HIGH-QUALITY standard of work with little supervision
• Must be able to work outside, year round, and lift up to 50 lbs
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen (Bold Servicing does NOT screen for marijuana)
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record
• Prior pest control experience not necessarily required

Responsibilities:

• Apply pest control materials to the interior and exterior of customer’s homes
• Provide EXCEPTIONAL customer service to each customer
• Problem solve and find the best solution to customers' issues with pests
• Adhere to a route and stay on schedule

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
