Who would I interact with?

The Internet Coordinator interacts daily with Sales Consultants, Sales Managers, Service Managers, and Service staff just to name a few.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities?

• Take multiple quality photos of our large pre-owned and new car inventory.
• Write appropriate sales descriptions of each vehicle for posting on our website along with the appropriate vehicle photo.
• Responsible for prompt and accurate website updates as inventory changes.
• Washing and preparation of vehicles for photos as required.
• Give other team members a helping hand with their duties, as needed.

What are the requirements for this job?

• Detail oriented and excels in a fast-paced, results driven environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Professional and friendly skills with a passion for customer service
• Strong computer skills, to include Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
• High School Diploma or equivalent required, secondary schooling preferred
• Successfully pass a pre-employment background and driving record check

The hours for this position are Monday - Thursday 9:30AM - 6:00PM and Saturday 9:00AM - 5:00PM.
