Do you have a passion for helping patients and love the small town environment but enjoy being close enough to a big city? Join our team of highly trained professionals working in beautiful Conroe! We are a growing practice with 3 locations all within 30 minutes of each other. Conroe is a booming town with fun little shops, great local eateries and plenty of wide open space and fresh air. The clinic is active and fun, there is always something going on from staff lunches to patient appreciation activities to community workshops hosted at the clinics. With on-site CEUs available and professionals who love to share and learn, you will increase your knowledge base and treatment skills. Our team has been providing 20+ years of excellent care in a private practice outpatient physical therapy setting.

Physical Therapist Responsibilities
  • Identify and meet patients’ goals and needs.
  • Evaluate and record patient's progress.
  • Ensure that patients and their family receive the highest quality of care through a compassionate approach.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and follow all HIPAA/company policies and procedures
  • Be a key player in keeping the clinic culture encouraging.

Skills
  • Great interpersonal skills to connect with patients and co-workers
  • A current/active license to practice Physical Therapy in the State of Texas
  • NEW Graduates are welcome to apply
  • Maintain current CPR certification
  • Great time management skills
  • Willingness to work with Pediatric and Adult patients

We added our third location (second in Huntsville) in 2021. Employee count has just passed 40 (all locations combined) and our turnover is very low.
