SynergenX-Low T Center is looking to hire a Float Mid-Level Provider for the San Antonio to float to the SynergenX clinics to float to the 6 Clinics located in Universal City, Cibolo, Sonterra, Alamo Ranch, New Braunfels, Northwest San Antonio.

Low T Center/SynergenX, leading providers of hormone replacement and targeted wellness services, are seeking fitness-conscious, wellness-oriented medical professionals (PA, APN, APRN, FNP) in connection with a planned expansion of clinical offerings and rapid escalation of remotely managed care options. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, customer service focused environment, employing proprietary treatment protocols and programs to help change patients' lives.

Mid-Level Providers work in conjunction with a physician medical director and the Center Director to coordinate the care of patients receiving hormone replacement, targeted wellness (such as management of sleep apnea, weight control, hypertension, low libido), and aesthetic services (some locations).

Do you have sound medical decision-making skills? Are you a team player who always puts patients first? Do you have excellent interpersonal skills? Do you find it easy to establish a good rapport with patients? Are you patient and respectful? Are you able to explain technical health issues and treatment plans in layman's terms? Candidates must have excellent medical and academic credentials, be technologically savvy, and able to effectively manage staff and operations at their location.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Active Texas NP or PA license in good standing
• Current DEA license or eligible
• Working Hours Hours M 8-5, T 8-7, W 8-1, Th 7-5, F 8-5, Sat 8-12p (2 Saturdays required per month)

SALARY & BENEFITS

This Mid-Level Provider position earns a base salary, plus $400 for each 4 hour Saturday shift (Minimum of 2 per month required).
