Primary Job Duties:
Aircraft System Planners are a key position within our Operations Control Center to ensure that our airline’s top performance expectations are met. As an Aircraft System Planner, you are responsible to organize our fleet of 400+ aircraft for the day by routing aircraft into scheduled maintenance bases. You will also identify and properly route aircraft with operational restrictions.

  • Coordinate closely with Maintenance Planning/Control
  • Coordinates and briefs OCC System Controllers on aircraft status
  • Route aircraft into bases for planned maintenance
  • Identify aircraft with operational restrictions and ensure proper routing
  • Complete required daily reports
  • All other duties as assigned by OCC management
Minimum Requirements:

  • Willing to work weekends and holidays
  • Ability to work 4 graveyard shifts per week from 7 pm to 5 am
  • Ability to use MS Excel and MS Outlook
  • Must have excellent analytical, technical, and problem solving skills
  • Must be able to work independently without close supervision
  • Must possess excellent communication and organization skills
  • Position requires self-motivation, discipline, and organization
  • OCC System Controller experience
Preferred Skills:
  • Previous airline experience preferred
Physical and Other Requirements:
  • Sitting at a computer for extended periods of time.
  • This is a full-time position.
