Immediate opening for a Make Ready / Porter at a 215-unit apartment complex in Dallas, Tx. Applicant needs to be experienced in aspects of apartment maintenance including make ready of vacant apartments and preventive maintenance. Must have good attention to detail and time management skills and be willing and able to follow the leadership of the manager. Must have your own vehicle and a valid driver's license.
