Current work in the lab focuses on understanding how GPCR cell signaling, by biased or unbiased as well as orthosteric or allosteric ligands, is mediated through GPCRs and their transducers, the G proteins and β-arrestins. The lab utilizes techniques ranging from structural biology and biophysics to pharmacology to cell biology to in vivo animal disease models.
