Summary

Busy Bee Preschool is Expanding! We are opening a new private preschool facility in Longmont! We are looking for a few full time and part time preschool teachers (lead teacher qualified preferred).
We are looking for a person who takes the initiative, is reliable, fun loving and detail oriented. The ideal candidate has experience working with all ages, understands the importance of good communication with both co-teachers and parents, and has a solid understanding of working as a team. Strong work ethic is required. You must have work experience working in a childcare center.

We offer smaller student to teacher ratios in all of our classes. We are privately owned, not a corporate center. The administration values its staff and works along with them daily.

Duties
  • Create fun and interactive learning experiences for the students
  • Project a positive and upbeat attitude while working in a fast paced environment
  • Develop strong relationships with our families
  • Ensure all center policies and state regulations are met.
  • Ensure a healthy classroom environment
  • Demonstrate highly effective organizational, time management and multitasking skills
  • Having a genuine love for children and a strong commitment to education.


Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year of professional child care experience
  • Professional
  • Dependable
  • High level of integrity
  • Strong oral and written communication skills and basic computer skills.
  • High energy and the ability to work well with others (staff, children, and parents) and to foster a team environment.
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • A strong understanding of child development.
  • Infant/child CPR and First Aid certification.( or willing to obtain)
