In this role, as a Principal Product Manager you will demonstrate visionary thinking, able to drive cross-organization and cross-geo collaboration to get this vision shipped to customers.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the strategy for the product and product capabilities while working closely with customers and internal partners.
  • Collaborate and motivate high performing teams of engineers, research, design and partner teams to ensure successful execution of scope, schedule and cost.
  • Develop collaborative relationship with cross-functional teams across multiple geographies
  • Track and deliver on product OKR’s including those that have cross-org dependencies.
  • Advocate for our customers in representing their voice across team while constantly learning and driving the product towards differentiation and market leadership.
  • Be able to understand, break down and clearly articulate complex functional, technical and business challenges.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
o OR equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree AND 10+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
    o OR equivalent experience.
  • Experience in delivering enterprise software products or services
  • Collaboration and partnership skills, with proven ability to drive for results across teams
  • Experience expressing designs visually and partnering with UX designers to deliver delightful user experiences.
  • Experience working closely with customers and engineers to rapidly prototype and iterate on solutions
  • Experience using data to drive prioritization and measure progress

Product Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $133,600 - $256,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $173,200 - $282,200 per year.
