Substrate Wide Graph platform team is the M365 productivity graph, for product teams building rich data- and intelligence-informed experiences. Substrate Wide Graph Platform team enables building this graph and provides tools and services that help developers and data scientists adopt state of the art graph techniques on M356 data.
In this role, you will be partnering with the platform engineering team to build developer friendly and robust platform products that – efficiently brings new datasets in to Graph for experimentation and production scaling purposes. In achieving this vision, you will build capabilities to enable large scale compliant training, highly available ingestion pipelines, indexing and serving stack to deliver insights and knowledge.
We are looking for a Principal Product Manager who will create clarity and clear prioritization in this space so that the platform products being built meet the needs of developers, the business, and exceed benchmark metrics while working with platform partners/customers and platform engineering tech leads.
In this role you will understand the vision and translate that in to roadmap milestones by defining specific Key Results and associated metrics, ensure alignment among stakeholder teams, and communicate the roadmap to broader team including leadership team. In the spirit of creating clarity, this role may require authoring functional specs for certain areas within the product portfolio. To drive the success of platform, you will be leading customer relationship and ensuring we are building the right product and integrating our capabilities for customers success.
Required Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
- OR equivalent experience.

Product Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $133,600 - $256,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $173,200 - $282,200 per year.
