This role will oversee and own print jobs focusing on retail in-store materials and fulfillment, seasonal/promotional campaigns, personalized debit card fulfillment materials, and special projects as needed. They collaborate with internal departments to create specifications, give examples of viable print materials and prepress advice as well as quotes for budgeting and planning purposes. Knowledgeable about color processes and choices, print finishing techniques and paper specifications. Monitors quality of work delivered by vendors to ensure standards are being met. Develops print production cost saving initiatives, process documentation and improving efficiency while maintaining quality.

Responsibilities:
  • Drives material print production process with vendors and works with fulfillment partners to launch and monitor inventory after launch
  • Coordinates multiple projects simultaneously using multiple external vendors with accuracy
  • Obtains and selects vendor bids, places purchase requisitions and ensures PO delivery to vendor partners in a timely manner (troubleshoots receipts and any gaps)
  • Schedules and tracks print on demand materials with vendors
  • Provides input on print budget forecasting, process improvement and vendor management
  • Documents and provides project updates to stakeholders in an organized fashion
  • Communicates vendor guidelines and specifications to business owners
  • Collaborates closely with internal departments on multiple launch schedules, budgets and delivery
  • Supports internal teams on print and fulfillment related questions

Skills and Experience:
  • 3 or more years of print production experience (direct mail a plus)
  • Strong organizational skills, highly detail oriented, while working in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated success in coordinating multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to collaborate internally to achieve projects on time and within budget
  • Must possess time management and organizational discipline
  • Experience with Noosh procurement, JIRA, Confluence, Ariba, Oracle and Office Suite a plus
  • Prepress and vendor collaboration experience required
  • Strong people and organizational skills; along with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Inventory and logistics background a plus
