Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a Associate Procurement Agent to support Supplier Manager Team based out of St Louis, MO or Dallas TX. The successful candidate will support Strategic Contracting activities for aftermarket goods and services in a fast-paced environment while learning new skills, solving challenging problems, and experiencing opportunities to grow in the Supply Chain organization in Saint Louis, MO or Dallas, TX

Position Responsibilities:

  • Integrates program, customer, product and in-service strategies into source selection, negotiation and contracting strategies.
  • Negotiates pricing and contract terms and conditions.
  • Prepares and executes negotiated contractual documents and binding agreements.
  • Conducts risk, issues and opportunities management. Manages supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance.
  • Initiates and executes supplier improvement activities and integrates results into contracting strategies.
  • General understanding/ability/knowledge to act independently when working routine problems or situations. General knowledge of regulation, company and local policies, procedures and regulations.

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at St. Louis, MO or Dallas, TX. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 1+ years' experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • 1+ years' experience drafting, negotiating and executing complex contracts and subcontracts
  • 1+ years' experience interpreting and/or enforcing contract terms and conditions
  • Fluent in both verbal and written English

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • 1+ years' experience functioning in a cross-functional environment
  • 1+ years' experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement practices and processes
  • 1+ years' experience managing supplier relationships, strategic partnerships and supplier performance
  • 1+ years' experience in a role utilizing business acumen and understanding

Typical Education/Experience:
High school diploma or GED and typically 3 or more years' related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Summary pay range: $60,350$81,650
