JOB SUMMARY:

The Product Management Engineer is involved in a variety of duties focused on product application support, customer care activities, and guiding the success of the STOBER products. They will work in a professional, productive, and collaborative team that understands how STOBER products work and ensures the products meet or exceeds customer expectations while providing peace of mind.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND EXPECTATIONS

  • Work in a safe manner 100% of the time.
  • Set a positive example of performance, responsibility, tact, and professionalism.
  • Work closely with the team leader to document technical and quality elements.
  • Prepare 2D/3D drawings for customers and suppliers.
  • Review manufacturing deviations.
  • Execute assigned tasks assuring timely completion.
  • Advance sizing and calculations.
  • Responsible for gantt chart task and leading tams to get the assigned project complete.
  • Knowledge of all product lines, specifications, components, assembly, advantages &

disadvantages.

  • Strong SolidWorks skills to create rendered models and simulation for sales and

Marketing.

  • Observes company policies related to dress, appearance, attendance, employment, etc.
  • Performs other duties as assigned. Job duties are subject to change as directed by management.
  • Utilize tools and performance metrics.
  • Coach and develop team members.
  • Communication: email, phone, chat, and interpersonal communication etiquette.

PREFERRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • BSEE, BSME, BSCS, or related degree (industrial technology, etc.) preferred.
  • Experience with servo and power transmission gears.
  • Experience with design and/or operation of machines.
  • Ability to train audiences at all levels of experience.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Required to talk and hear, sit, specific vision abilities are required; specifically, the ability to use a computer screen for an extensive part of the day.

TRAVEL: domestic and international mobility is a requirement
