Crelate is searching for a product manager to join our growing engineering organization. You will completely own large customer scenarios and features of Crelates premier recruiting platform and own the vision for what the future looks like for our software.

Crelates mission is to help more people connect with better opportunities, more often. To do this, we are building the fastest, easiest, and most flexible recruiting and talent engagement software on the market, and we need your help to get the word out!

Responsibilities of this position include:
  • Proactively engage with customers, delivering enlightened insight into the challenges they face as well as the goals they are looking to realize.
  • Continuously and deeply understand the needs of customers to build products with great market fit and communicate these to your engineering partners.
  • Become a subject matter expert on your customer scenarios and features. Leverage diverse perspectives, empirical evidence and detailed analysis to know your features better than anybody in the company.
  • Own the success of features that empower our customers to help candidates find great opportunities.
  • Own, develop, communicate, and sell a compelling vision and roadmap for your portfolio of features.
  • Define your features requirements and user stories in a well-prioritized plan.
  • Drive feature success by working closely with product engineering and test partners to create compelling high quality customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with our Customer Success and Sales teams to understand and define the needs of the team and our customers.
  • Evangelize and communicate publicly about the modules and features you own. Highlight the value youve delivered both internally and externally. Help tell the stories of the lives you improved through your features.
  • Drive project through to completion, providing detailed progress metrics during build and insightful analysis of results post-launch to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Analyze market and trends to inform new recommendations.

Desired Experience:
  • 3+ years of product management experience in the technology industry.
  • Experience working at a SaaS company is strongly preferred.
  • Experience delivering multiple software products from inception to launch through value realized.
  • Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders across multiple teams, including UX, product, and development.
  • Working knowledge of a work tracking tool like Azure DevOps, Jira, Excel, TFS, etc.
  • A focus on data, metrics, and analytics.
  • A passion for web-based business software and an ability to evaluate and discuss technical concepts.
Nice to have:
  • BA or BS in a technical field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, recruiting, or other CRM platforms
  • Use of collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office, and mockup tools
  • Experience in the Staffing and Recruiting space
