Key Responsibilities:

• Participates in station Programming, Promotions and Sales meetings as needed
• Tracking commercial scripts and ensuring all copy/creative is received and accurately inputted into the VCreative Production order system in a timely fashion
• Coordinating copy with the Sales Staff and client customers
• Coordinating the production of commercials and the entering of commercials into the station's hard drives
• Coordinating and executing the entering of syndicated radio programs and network commercials
• Recording sessions with clients
• Daily Commercial Production; create killer endorsement commercials – both on air and online – for mutually agreed upon products
• Assign Commercial Production through traffic scheduling system
• Writing creative and compelling advertising copy
• Ensures logged commercials are aired

Requirements:

• Understanding of, and ability to deliver, high-quality recording and production
• Skills with Adobe, OcenAudio and Reaper production software a plus
• Ability to work with creative individuals as part of a team
• Strong production skills
• Strong knowledge of all FCC rules and regulations
• VCreative and OpX experience a plus
• Flawless eye for detail
• Strong creative and organization skills
• Excellent communicator
• Team Player attitude and ability to work under pressure and meet multiple deadlines
