Recipe For Success:

• Provides leadership to the Production department through coaching and development of front-line Supervisors, driving a culture of safety, inclusion, engagement and accountability.
• Remains accountable for production Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including safety, quality, line efficiency, waste and downtime.
• Tracks and reports on production data to evaluate performance against KPIs.
• Drives continuous improvement by ensuring that LEAN tools and 5S are practiced in adherence to Manufacturing Transformation guidelines.

What You’re Made Of:

• High school diploma or equivalent required. College degree preferred.
• 5-10 years of experience leading manufacturing teams in a high-speed production environment including 2-3 years of leading front-line Supervisors. Food industry experience is a plus.
• Leadership skills with a focus on associate development and accountability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work within cross-functional teams.
• Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office products and ERP/MRP systems.
• Experience with 5S and LEAN tools highly preferred.
