Program Assistant-Internal Compliance

Non-profit in Philadelphia serving meals to children is looking for a detailed oriented individual to join its internal compliance team. Accuracy, discretion and initiative are requisite. Good communication skills and computer literacy in Excel, Word and Access are needed. An undergraduate degree in accounting or math is a plus is preferred. Responsibilities include the following:

• Processing of eligibility and meal reports from different schools/locations
• Analyzing inventory date and other worksheets
• Resolving compliance problems within the program
• Providing customer service to school/sites including phone answering and training
• Assist Administrator for Internal Compliance with tasks and deadlines
