  • Location: Preference On/Site, but Remote is option (Bloomfield, CT, Denver, CO, St. Louis Mo) Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Care Strategic Delivery Program Principal to join our fast-evolving Evernorth health services organization. As an Delivery Program Principal, you will be responsible for managing complex, high-impact IT programs and initiatives that drive business outcomes in a cloud-forward agile environment. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of agile methodologies, cloud technologies, and healthcare industry trends. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement strategic Isecurity programs and initiatives that drive business outcomes in a cloud-forward agile environment • Define program objectives, scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with evolving business priorities • Establish and manage cross-functional project teams, providing leadership and guidance to ensure successful program delivery • Develop and manage program budgets, track progress against milestones, and manage program risks and issues • Communicate program progress, risks, and issues to senior leadership and stakeholders, providing regular updates and status reports • Ensure compliance with industry regulations such as HIPAA, HITECH, and HITRUST • Stay up-to-date with emerging cloud technologies, agile methodologies, and healthcare industry trends, providing recommendations to improve program delivery Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field • Minimum of 10 years of experience in program management, preferably in the healthcare industry • Experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud platforms • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and project management frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe • Experience managing large, complex IT programs and initiatives with cross-functional teams • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership • Proven experience in developing and implementing IT strategies that align with business objectives • Experience with DevOps and DevSecOps methodologies • Ability to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment Preferred Qualifications: • Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field • Relevant certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or SAFe Agilist • Experience with healthcare industry standards and regulations such as HL7, FHIR, and CMS
