Based right outside of Indianapolis in Greenwood, IN, our team is looking to hire a Construction Project Coordinator. As a leading full-service real estate development company , we specialize in the development, construction, and property management of multi-family housing.
- Assist the Project Management team with the coordination and scheduling of the construction management activities on projects
- Provide administrative support to Project Manager and Senior management
- Document and follow-up on important actions and decisions from meetings
- Document control (RFIs, submittals, change orders, claims, etc.)
- Review and understand broader contract obligations as per the responsible project and work scopes
- Assist in the creation, updating and monitoring of project schedules
- Minimum of (1) year of experience in assisting construction project management team
- Multi-Family Construction experience a plus
- Procore experience
- Salary: $65,000 - $75,000/ year
