What You Will Be Doing

• Assist the Project Management team with the coordination and scheduling of the construction management activities on projects
• Provide administrative support to Project Manager and Senior management
• Document and follow-up on important actions and decisions from meetings
• Document control (RFIs, submittals, change orders, claims, etc.)
• Review and understand broader contract obligations as per the responsible project and work scopes
• Assist in the creation, updating and monitoring of project schedules

What You Need for this Position

• Minimum of (1) year of experience in assisting construction project management team
• Multi-Family Construction experience a plus
• Procore experience
