Enica Engineering is seeking a Project Coordinator to provide support to the company via the Project Management Office (PMO), assist in creating PMO reports and the maintenance of project reporting and portfolio tracking tools. In addition, the Project Coordinator will provide project support to Project Managers/Technical Managers and Managing Engineers, guiding project teams through the project planning process, project tracking, project communications and overseeing the administration needs of projects.

The ideal candidate would have an eye for detail, impeccable organization skills, and have the ability to prioritize. as the Project Coordinator best serves the business when they are able to concurrently manage many project tasks and actions. To be successful in the role, the PMO must be dependable and relied on to uphold their responsibilities without having to be reminded. Good communication skills are necessary when interacting with internal teams as well as external clients.
