Job Description

Overview:
Knowledge Services is actively seeking a entry level Project Coordinator for a full time, direct hire opportunity with one of our clients in Indianapolis, IN. This role is mostly remote, however, there may be some onsite client visits so candidates should live in the greater Indianapolis area.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate meetings and maintain project calendars.
  • Prepare meeting minutes, presentations, and tables.
  • Promote project team adherence to deadlines and expectations of all stakeholders.
  • File all project documents.
  • Collaborate with counterparts to ensure timely, high-quality performance and actively seek clarifications to deliver the best possible final product.
  • Contribute to the development of content and formatting for project documents.
  • Provide insight to the Project Manager particularly in regards to stakeholder perceptions and reactions.
  • Perform research and data gathering.
  • React and adapt to unexpected challenges.

Qualifications:
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Knowledge of Google Platform
  • Keyboard skills
  • Ability to efficiently prioritize
  • Good presentation skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Must be able to work proactively, taking ownership of tasks
  • Prior work related experience helpful
