Our Impact:

Our group is accountable for day-to-day operations and special projects involving our Client Testing Environments (CTE). We help clients integrate with tools and technology and implement customer offerings, including business process, policy, and technology changes.


Your Impact:

Project Management

  • Lead projects impacting the Secondary Market Portfolio CTEs
  • Implement key deliverables such as case, project scope and schedules, budgets, requirements, issues and risks logs, and communications
  • Collaborate with internal client facing and technical teams on prioritization of work, triage and assignment for incident support, and follow-up through to final issue resolution
  • Carry out release plans across a portfolio of shared products
  • Coordinate and schedule environment usage for product teams, as new features are introduced to production

Product Management/Development

  • Lead multiple decentralized AGILE and SAFe teams throughout the offering Lifecycle to craft a flexible and executable business offering across many products.
  • Coordinate inputs from various partners during development and solution design to support advancing the product vision.
  • Determine requirements for current and future designs by conducting market research supported by ongoing contact and client feedback gathered with Client experience and User experience (UX) teams.
  • Plan the cross-functional rollout and launch of new offerings
  • Coordinate with business partners on any “Go-To-Market” or “Business Operational Readiness” functions to onboard new product features or technical components to the CTEs.

Business Analysis

  • Work on issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational and project objectives
  • Manage the development and documentation of business requirements, offerings materials, process documentation and other related materials.
  • Analyze process maps and other organizational assets (requirements, solution diagrams or technical specifications) to assess impacts to CTEs and identify emerging risks or issues.
  • Present options to multi-functional teams to negotiate approach/timeline to mitigate risks especially when multiple client testing needs arise at the same time

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field, OR equivalent experience.
  • 8-10 years of product / project management experience or in an operational function managing a production or client testing environment
  • Experience bridging concepts, problem definition, and results between business and technical resources
  • Strong verbal and written skills, including the ability to facilitate effective meetings, develop materials and deliver presentations to various levels of project partners
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently while driving and managing assignments from concept through deployment/launch
  • Knowledge and experience in the primary and secondary lending markets is preferred
  • Solid understanding of Application Programming Interfaces and JSON, XML formats
