Job Description

EVONA is working with one of the world's leading companies in Small and Nano Satellites and is seeking a Project Manager to contribute to the company's success and manage unique and exciting projects in the space sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple space-related projects, including satellite development
  • Identify project risks and obstacles and develop strategies to address them
  • Track project timelines and scope to ensure on-time delivery as per contract
  • Provide regular project status updates, maintain communication with clients, and respond promptly to their queries
  • Manage engineering team resources and allocate them appropriately for each project
  • Use Jira to track projects and lead the adoption and usage of best Jira practices company-wide
  • Monitor and update internal processes and procedures and ensure they are followed in a timely manner and new improvements are imposed

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in project management in a hardware industry
  • Ability to see the bigger picture and navigate towards it
  • Strong attention to detail Result-oriented and proactive attitude
  • Ability to act and adapt in a fast-changing environment
  • Teamwork and people-oriented work approach
  • Ability to work flexible hours to support clients in multiple time zones

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience working in space or aerospace business
  • Academic background in engineering or project management
  • Experience in using Agile or any other project or process management methods
  • Experience working on or managing projects in Jira

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $120,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year
