Job Title: Project Manager

Job Responsibilities: Plan, organize, direct, control or coordinate, usually through supervisory personnel, activities concerned with the construction and maintenance of structures, facilities and systems. Oversees projects as a whole, from the bidding process through completion while serving as a liaison with the client and on-site personnel.

Job Qualifications: Solid background in building sciences, Construction Science Management, and business, as well as proven related work experience within the construction industry. Ability to create and work with contracts, RFI's, change orders, plans and specification. Strong working knowledge regarding construction methods, materials and regulations. Familiarity with construction management software for job costing, scheduling and estimating.
