Job Description:

To work alongside the existing Client PMO team and assist with the execution of key PMO processes, including:

• RAID Management: ensuring risk owners are established and mitigation activities executed
• Dependency Management process: for the identification, agreement and tracking of all dependencies (both internal and external) across the program
• Integrated Program Plan Management: ensuring a single program work plan is established, communicated, maintained and followed

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate Degree
• Analytical Intermediate Required
• Facilitation Skills Intermediate Required Project Analyst Intermediate Required
• Certification/Credentials Clearance
• Change Control: ensuring processes and procedures are established and followed.
• Stakeholder and Communications Management: ensuring a complete list of stakeholders is established and that metrics and communications are generated according to their needs.
