Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensures that individual quality meets and or exceeds department standards.
• Is accountable for proofing film and plate to shop order. If mistake is found, it’s the proofreader’s responsibility to communicate the mistake to the artist and make sure that it is corrected.
• Scan customer orders for pre-press and release shop orders.
• Processes work according to event or ship date. Update ship dates when necessary.
• Research reasons as to why shop orders don’t release, check inventory, holds, etc.
• File and maintain organization of Imprinting orders without Stock and traffic Silk Screen orders without stock to the Silk Scheduler.
• Other duties as assigned

• Multi-task and utilize resources when necessary to execute tasks to meet customer expectations.
• Ability to prioritize work.
• Self-starter and detail oriented
• Able to cope with pressures and deadlines
• Ability to work in a fast paced high volume environment
• Excellent follow-up and customer service skills

Hours 9am – 5:30pm, Mon-Fri (must be flexible)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
