d?Escoto, Inc. (d?Escoto) is looking for a Proposal Specialist as we expand our proposal team to coordinate and support the development and production of proposals and presentations across all company disciplines for our strategic pursuits. This position is able to work in a hybrid environment with our office located in Wicker Park, Chicago, IL.

Responsibilities:

• Assess RFP, RFQ, and SOQ requirements for deliverables
• Schedule and lead proposal meetings to identify client needs and team solutions, and ensure completion of interim milestones
• Schedule assignments and priorities to meet strict deadlines
• Create proposal narratives including custom cover letters, executive summaries, team overviews, and experience
• Contact subconsultants and collect subconsultant data and forms
• Edit, format and assemble proposal documents according to Company standards
• Collaborate with coworkers to develop marketing information including project descriptions, resumes, and photos
• Updates and maintains proposal information in SharePoint
• Participate in client debriefs
• Other duties as assigned
