Position Summary
The Quality Assurance Analyst will develop test plans, test cases and test scripts for projects, and among other assigned duties. The Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for supporting the planning, design, and execution of system testing on simple to complex implementations. The QA Analyst works collaboratively within the IT department and business units to execute and validate test cases based upon system requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Develop test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test reports on multiple projects of varying size
  • Detect any bugs or defects throughout the development process, recording what went wrong, and how it was circumvented
  • Perform testing on healthcare software application and reporting systems
  • Validate patient’s relationship management in chronic care system
  • Test and validate various client’s management system
  • Validate that user expectations are achieved during the testing process
  • Review user requirements documents to ensure that requirements are testable
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in software testing in web application
  • Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint knowledge
  • Jira knowledge
  • SQL experience, preferred
  • Automation tools such as Selenium, preferred
  • Experience in performance testing, preferred
  • Mac OS experience, preferred
Skills
  • Strong oral and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated track record of effective problem-solving
