We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Quality Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our manufacturing processes and products meet our high-quality standards. This is a permanent position with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality control procedures and systems to ensure that our products meet or exceed customer expectations and industry standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with ISO standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to quality control procedures, including standard operating procedures, work instructions, and quality manuals.
• Train and educate employees on quality control procedures and best practices.
• Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with ISO standards and other regulatory requirements.
• Perform statistical analysis to identify trends and patterns in quality data, and develop reports to communicate findings to management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Quality Engineer in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards and quality systems.
• Experience with statistical analysis and quality control tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
