THE RESTAURANT
We are Cookes of Dublin, an Irish style fish n chip shop at Raglan Road Irish Pub & Restaurant, located at Walt Disney World Florida - at Disney Springs, an outdoor dining and entertainment and shopping, complex unrivaled anywhere in the world. We are a high volume, multi faceted location offering high quality food and beverage to our guest daily. Our staff are our family. You’ll be joining a team of over 300, within the larger family at Raglan Road - many who have enjoyed long and successful careers with us.
THE JOB
We are looking for a hands-on Quick Service Restaurant Manager who is passionate about the hospitality industry and can understand the value of authenticity in our guest focused and service minded operation and who can reflect the attitude, theme and service culture of our company on a daily basis.
Our ideal candidate will have at least five years’ experience in a similar concept and position. Previous experience in a full-service, high volume environment a plus. Someone who can hire, train, and motivate the service team to provide top quality guest experiences, with focus on food quality and service to our guests. A strong hospitality background with the ability to deliver exceptional service at all times. Excellent management people management skills are vital.
The successful candidate work closely with management and owners, problem solving, strategizing and planning to constantly enhance our product and service. They will prove themselves to be a motivated individual who will take full ownership of the business and daily operations of Cookes of Dublin with the ability to manage costs, motivate staff and provide top quality guest experiences every day.
THE REQUIREMENTS
Minimum three years’ experience as a restaurant manager or similar role in a restaurant of significant volume, similar style or concept, with specific focus on delivering a quality food and beverage experience at all times.
Ability to drive sales and maximize efficiencies of the operation to ensure guest experiences are to a high standard while guests are served quality food and beverages wthin agreed upon service times.
Must be standards driven and enthusiastic about providing that quality guest experience every day, with the ability to impart that enthusiasm onto staff.
Proven ability to deal with any guest issues satisfactorily all the way to resolution.
Exceptional hospitality skills are essential. Needs to be a natural conversationist, comfortable talking to guests, dealing with pressurised situations and doing what it takes to ensure an exceptional experience at all times.
Experience with training staff, leading a team, appraising staff, and delivering service standards daily.
Ensure all F&B product is served to all applicable sanitation, HACCP, health and safety and personal hygiene standards and following established procedures
Ability to manage labor and F&B costs
Work flexible hours as needed, including promotional events.
Ability to multitask and adapt to changing business situations while maintaining established standards at all times and directing the team to do the same.
THE PACKAGE
Highly competitive all-inclusive package - $70,000 to $80,000
Bonus incentive worth 10% of annual salary.

2 weeks (10 days) paid vacation in year 1 and accruing annually thereafter.
