Our company is expanding, and we're currently seeking a skilled and personable receptionist to manage our busy front desk. In this role, you'll be responsible for a variety of important administrative and clerical tasks that keep our office running smoothly. You'll be the first point of contact for our firm, greeting clients and guests as they arrive and ensuring that their needs are met. You'll also help coordinate front-desk activities, such as scheduling appointments and managing deliveries. Your communication skills will be crucial, as you'll be responsible for answering phones, directing calls, and distributing correspondence to the appropriate departments.
