Job Summary:

• Answer all incoming phone calls in a courteous, professional manner. Screen calls for clinical and administrative staff as required, with accurate message taking as necessary.
• Accurately transfer calls to appropriate departments as required.
• Receive and assure sign-in of all visitors. Screen visitors and contractors following SI Covid protocol.
• Receive all deliveries (including client deliveries) and route accordingly.
• Assist clients and visitors with various requests, i.e., directions, mail, etc.
• Photocopy and fax as required.
• Re-direct clients, as appropriate, during program hours.
• Clean and sanitize reception area during the course of the business day.
• Assistance with PI projects, directed by PI Director.
• Data entry.
• May require travel to Groton location.

• High School Diploma. Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Training or experience in word processing helpful.
• Ability to type 40 wpm. Knowledge of business forms i.e., memos, letters, reports, etc.
• Experience with phone systems preferred.
