The Stand HQ Irvine

Join a fast-growing, family-owned, and operated restaurant chain. With 17 locations around Los Angeles & Orange County and TX and more to come. The Stand is the premier neighborhood family restaurant serving Classic American food with a twist.

We are looking for a talented Recruitment Coordinator to join our team and participate in the hiring process from beginning to end. You will be responsible for attracting candidates, evaluating resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting interviews, and managing new hire paperwork. If you have strong communication skills and are passionate about hospitality, we want to meet you!

Recruitment Coordinator Responsibilities

  • Executes the recruiting process using our database system: posts jobs; sources candidates; screens resumes and selects candidates for advancement; and coordinates interviews
  • Posting job descriptions on our career website and online boards
  • Coordinates and schedules interviews between our restaurants and candidates
  • Conduct phone and Video interviews
  • Organizes in-store hiring events
  • Ensures an exceptional candidate experience through every touch point in the recruiting process from beginning to onboarding
  • Communicates effectively and professionally with candidates, and our team
  • Follows up with candidates about their first day of work guiding new employees in the completion of onboarding paperwork
  • Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires
  • Ability to prioritize and meet projects with a deadline

Recruitment Coordinator Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Spanish
  • 1+ years of relevant administrative experience
  • Experience in high-volume operations, preferably in the restaurant/hospitality industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Exemplary organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and consistently meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Office (Word, Excel)
  • Experience and knowledge in Paylocity (Preferred )
  • Ability to conduct different types of interviews
  • Familiar with social media, LinkedIn, Craigslist, Indeed
