Schedule: Mon-Fri 12:00 - 8:00 PM (some flexibility to align with scheduled admissions of 2 a day average).

We're looking for a licensed Nurse to join our team as an Admissions Nurse at our Nursing Home. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication and customer service skills, a strong appreciation for the value of seniors and an understanding that we're promoting both physical and mental wellness. The Admissions Representative will be responsible for actively promoting our Nursing Home to the public, including marketing strategies that attract new customers who are seeking the best nursing care available.

Responsibilities:

• Interview patients in order to assess their care needs.
• Review and obtain resident consent
• Conduct initial resident assessments
• Review and input resident orders
• Observe and document patient's condition.
• Inform appropriate staff of patients' conditions.
• Assist in planning and implementing care programs.
• Assess the physical, medical, social and psychological needs of patients.
• Identify problems that should be referred to other health care professionals.
