Job Title: RN - SNF

Location: New York, NY

Salary: $90 Hourly - $3600/Weekly

Job Type: Full-time, 13 week contract

5x8s - 40hrs - 3p-11p

Job Summary:

We are looking for experienced RNs with a passion for patient care to join our team at a skilled nursing facility (SNF) in New York City. As an RN - SNF, you will be responsible for providing skilled nursing care to patients in a long-term care environment. You will work closely with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive the highest level of care possible.

Responsibilities:

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

- Monitor and document patient vital signs, symptoms, and progress

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans

- Educate patients and their families about care, treatment, and discharge plans

- Maintain accurate and complete patient records

- Ensure that all care is provided in compliance with state and federal regulations

- Respond to emergency situations and provide appropriate interventions

- Act as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers

Requirements:

- Active RN license in the state of New York

- Minimum of one year experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility

- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices and procedures

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
