My search firm (Landid) has been retained by one of the country's leading providers of home-delivery medical products, equipment, and supplies to find an exceptional (remote) Payroll & Benefits Administrator to join their team. Reporting to the Director of Payroll & Benefits, this position will administer company payroll, benefits, and HRIS processing activities, as well as perform internal audit and control procedures to ensure that all wages, deductions, and taxes are accurate for all pay groups.
My client is looking for an up-and-coming talent - with an emerging payroll & benefits administration skillset - who is eager to develop/grow their career and contribute to the company’s growth. The ideal candidate will have experience with Microsoft Excel, payroll administration (2-3 years), and ADP. Benefits administration experience is not required, but a plus.
